Feeling very bad. Been having bouts of insomnia, depression, anxiety, fatigue, tinnitus, and sweating.

Hi @BRENT, welcome.... I'm sorry to hear you're having a hard time. I'm not sure how you've been tapering, but you may need to hold your dose for awhile until things stabilize a bit. As was already asked, when was your last reduction and by how much? If you check the Symptoms and Self-Care section you can use the search bar to search for symptoms. Venlafaxine (tapering) - Current dose 17.92 mg
Trazodone - 50 mg
Levothyroxine - 25 mcg

I quit taking it 10 days ago and crashed a d burned the doctors put me5 mgs renstatedfrom 15 mgs plus 25 mgs mirtazapine I have been in protracted withdrawl for 10 days thinking of checking myself back in the hospital to top things of my mother is dying hospice informed me she has 24 to 48 hours this pushed me over the edge I think I need hospital but I don't trust the doctors

I'm sorry to hear about your mother....that's so hard. It can take awhile to stabilize after reinstatement, so try to be patient: https://taper.community/thread/ff7ce496-025a-4391-95b4-cdd0063f092b We can't tell you not to go to the hospital, but keep in mind that most medical professionals are not knowledgable about withdrawal-related issues. They will most likely want to add another drug or raise the dose of what you're already on, which could possibly make the situation worse since your CNS is highly sensitized right now. It's good to know what to expect. Do what you feel is best for yourself. I'm really sorry for this stressful time, I know it's hard but you'll get through it. 🩷
