1st Zoloft Update - Feeling Bad

My 1st update about 1 year into tapering. Stable at 38mg but 2 months after reducing dosage from 39-38, got hit with strep throat and been in a hefty withdrawals for 3 weeks. Waves and windows, but waves are long and intense.

I totally relate. Was doing a daily liquid microtaper and crashed at 14.275. I’ve reinstated back to 15 mg and struggling so much. I’m currently in a up and down pattern where one day is decent if I sleep and the next day is atrocious if I don’t.

Zoloft —50 mg to 15 mg — 8 years with a cold turkey and reinstatement in between— was liquid micro tapering, crashed at 14.275 mg and now holding at 15 mg.
