i quit paroxetine since a month now , feeling so bad , iquit from 7 mg to zero

Welcome to the community. Well done on figureing out the check in function.
That jump from 7mg to zero is a significant one; even at low doses, paroxetine is one of the harder ones to stop because it leaves your system so fast.
A month in can actually be one of the roughest points, so what you're feeling makes complete sense.
