1st Mirtazapine Update - Feeling Very bad

Feeling very bad. Been having bouts of insomnia, anxiety, depression, muscle aches, dizziness, and irritability. Was at 5.7mg, dropped to 5mg at end June-26 and been feeling terrible ever since. Not really helping with sleep.
