"I went from 200mg to 150mg April 2025. After 1.5 weeks psych had me go to 100mg and that was AWFUL." — @Sue G.That's typical care from psychiatrists unfortunately. They're clueless about Hyperbolic tapering - no more than 10% per month. Withdrawal can cause flu-like symptoms.

"complicated by effexor to pristiq switch and then he took me down from 100mg to 75mg July 2025! Just a mess! Along with Lorazapam yoyo and then cold turkey off Sept 2025. My nervous system is so ever sensitized." — @Sue G.Yes, that's quite a lot of changes, and our nervous system can only deal with so much at once. The good news is that things should improve as long as you don't make anymore changes. I'm glad you're using the Taper Track feature; I've found it very helpful.
