1st Cymbalta Update - Feeling Very bad

Feeling very bad. Been having bouts of brain zaps, dizziness, nausea, insomnia, headache, irritability, anxiety, crying spells, fatigue, electric shock sensations, depersonalization, gi upset, appetite changes, muscle aches, emotional blunting, tinnitus, and rage.

That’s a lot! Sorry you’re experiencing all of it. Withdrawal can throw the whole kitchen sink at you like that. Brain zaps, the weird electric feelings, the rage, the crying—none of that is you “going crazy.” It’s your nervous system trying to recalibrate with the lower dosage of the drugs. I’ve been through some of that myself and it’s rough as hell. Just getting through the day sometimes is the win. Hang in there 😊 One bead at a time ⚪️

Venlafaxine (tapering) - Current dose 17.92 mg
Trazodone - 50 mg
Levothyroxine - 25 mcg
