12th Prozac Update - Feeling Bad

Feeling bad. Drank two coffees in the afternoon and got very hyperactive with fatigue on them.

The effect should wear off within three hours. I will wait at home, not leaving home.

I should probably avoid coffee but precisely avoiding coffee got me into this because I went out and simply had two strong coffees within three hours without any daily tolerance built (I think coffee creates tolerance).

Sorry to hear that Wolf! Caffeine is something to approach with great caution during tapering and withdrawal. Coffee not only contains caffeine but other stimulants. It can really affect a sensitive nervous system. Just something to keep in mind for the future. I'm glad you're staying home where you can recover. Hope things improve for you soon!

Venlafaxine (tapering) - Current dose 17.92 mg
Trazodone - 50 mg
Levothyroxine - 25 mcg

Maybe it got worse because I drank little water before and after. It certainly got much better as I drank water.
