Updosing efexor and trazodone

Can updosing efexor and trazodone prolong protracted withdrawal?
Anafranil i don't know the dose i took. And 100mg trazodone. I think i started efexor 112,5mg in 2015

@Marina, many times a small updose can actually relieve withdrawal symptoms and help someone to stabilize after a too-fast taper or cold-turkey. However, it is still another change that our nervous system needs to process, especially if we updose two drugs at once.
Can you provide a timeline of when exactly you updosed your drugs and by how much? Thank you!
Venlafaxine (tapering) - Current dose 17.92 mg
Trazodone - 50 mg
Levothyroxine - 25 mcg
