Updosing efexor and trazodone

I updosed first trazodone from 42mg to 50 and 3 weeks later to 100mg that was passed year in november 2025 and later my psychiater said i had to updose efexor from 60mg to 75mg that was on 22 january 2026.

Anafranil i don't know the dose i took. And 100mg trazodone. I think i started efexor 112,5mg in 2015

Thanks for clarifying this @Marina. I don't think you should conclude that your recovery is permanently ruined. That was a lot of changes that were made, and it can take some time for things to settle down. Focus on keeping things stable and consistent from here on out. If you reach a place where you feel comfortable tapering again, you can slowly taper one drug at a time.

Venlafaxine (tapering) - Current dose 17.92 mg
Trazodone - 50 mg
Levothyroxine - 25 mcg
