Updosing efexor and trazodone

I updosed first trazodone from 42mg to 50 and 3 weeks later to 100mg that was passed year in november 2025 and later my psychiater said i had to updose efexor from 60mg to 75mg that was on 22 january 2026.

Anafranil i don't know the dose i took. And 100mg trazodone. I think i started efexor 112,5mg in 2015

Thanks for clarifying this @Marina. I don't think you should conclude that your recovery is permanently ruined. That was a lot of changes that were made, and it can take some time for things to settle down. Focus on keeping things stable and consistent from here on out. If you reach a place where you feel comfortable tapering again, you can slowly taper one drug at a time.

Venlafaxine (tapering) - Current dose 17.28 mg
Trazodone - 50 mg
Synthroid - 25 mcg

I had a window of 4 weeks with less symptoms and now i had a wave of 7 days and a window of 6 days. In the beginning i had waves and a window of a few hours. So the windows are getting longer in time.

This is a great sign that you're healing Marina! When the windows get longer you know things are heading in the right direction. Keep hanging in there as best as you can. 🩷

What i mean is that i had a great window in august and now i had a wave of 7 days then a window of 6 days and now again a terrible wave of 4 days i am still in.
