I only take .125mg 1/4 of a .5 mg tabletof klonopin at bedtime. I have taken it for about 5 ish years. How do I taper such a small dose? I never upped my dose because I was afraid of getting addicted. My doctor says I could just quit taking it because its such a small dose. But my body is use to it so I'm not sure thats the best thing to do. Will it be easier to stop a small dose like this? I doubt at this point its really doing much.

I would find a compounding pharmacy and ask if they are able to make compounded doses. Taper by 10%
