Yesterday... had a very good dinner purchased for $5. Potatoes with sauce, meat and baby carrots. Very good. Felt quite good and relaxed for one hour after that. Then the bad mood returned. So I went running (I have good running shoes) around the neighborhood and took a relaxing hot bath. This seemed to help somewhat. The bad wellbeing persisted until today morning until something clicked and I am back to my usual self. Had many unpleasant intrusive thoughts about unpleasant bad memories which is indicative of either low endorphins (which I instinctively not-on-purpose went to raise) or problems or some other general kind.
Like I predicted, it's unlikely I would have that many days of bad mood after feeling pretty good for many months, and my bad wellbeing usually ends with a sudden click with recovery that I also predicted. What was going on throughout the entire week? Not sure. Everything is possible with these kinds of symptoms present.
Feeling fair.
