Tapering from 1mg daily of Abilify. Using a 10% taper per reduction. What is the recommended tapering schedule?
Abilify — 1 mg — 3 years — researching taper | Lithium (carbonate / citrate) — 300 mg — 3 years — researching taper | without clinician

Venlafaxine (tapering) - Current dose 17.92 mg
Trazodone - 50 mg
Levothyroxine - 25 mcg
