Side Effects - Nausea, "Band" like feeling around head, uncomfortable -- anyone relate?

Someone I know has been experiencing these sorts of symptoms since starting Cymbalta. Their psychiatrist is quick to minimize the symptoms, and, of course, they were given no informed consent on the side effects of this medication. They take 90mg in the morning at the same time. By 3:00 PM, on the dot, these uncomfortable symptoms start to fade. Has anyone on Cymbalta encountered this? Did you try taking the medication at night? Did it go away when you tapered down? Thank you. I am not using this to then give advice, but to validate their experience.
