I am having trouble figuring out how to reply to people here. Is there a 'how to' to this site I can read? My cognitive is offline most of the time so if something is not in front of my face I will miss it.

Are you using desktop or mobile?
Desktop: at the bottom of the thread / below the last message. There will be a msg area and you can us the "@" symbol to bring up specific users.
Mobile: bottom of screen just above keyboard, tap the msg area to expand it.
Hope this helps, takes a bit of getting used to.
