Only been on mirtazapine for 4 weeks do you think I can do 20 or 30% instead of 10?

Mirtazapine — 7.5 — 1 month — actively tapering | without clinician

Hi! You could certainly try 20% and see how you do with that. Your body will let you know if you can't handle it. Let us know how it goes!

Venlafaxine (tapering) - Current dose 17.28 mg
Trazodone - 50 mg
Synthroid - 25 mcg

Prozac · holding

Give it a go, 4 weeks isn’t a long time so you should be okay as long as there’s no previous past meds damage which could make it more tricky

Prozac — 8mg — 2 years and 6 months — holding | Mirtazapine — 5.74mg — 2 years 3 months — holding | | with clinician

Long history - 7.5 years fluoxetine 2007-14). Switched to Sertraline, Escitalopram and Paroxetine in 2015. Failed CT of Paroxetine in 2017, switched to Venlafaxine. Failed CT of Venlafaxine in 2022. Switched to Vortioxetine in 2023. Bad relapse of anxiety in Sept-23 and switched back to fluoxetine. Bad insomnia following increase from 20mg to 30mg leading to prescribing of Mirtazapine in Jan-24. Felt terrible ever since
