New tab: Find a Therapist

In the sidebar you can find a new tab, Find a Therapist. Through private DMs a lot of you have told me you want to talk to someone but can't find a therapist who actually gets what tapering is. That's why we're expanding what we do — going out and finding quality therapists to connect you with. Here's the thing that should stop everyone in their tracks: Therapy raises benzodiazepine discontinuation success from ~25% to 70–80%. Not a marginal improvement. A tripling.
