New: share your taper progress โ€” and help someone find us ๐Ÿ’œ

July 16, 2026ยทยท
Hey everyone, We just shipped something new There's now a "Share my progress" button at the top of My Taper, and it turns your journey into something you can actually show people. image What it does: Creates a clean image of your progress chart โ€” your dose line, your mood, your weeks of work โ€” ready to save straight to your photos. One tap shares it to X, Reddit, Facebook, or anywhere else, with the photo right in the post Why we built it: Every one of us remembers what it felt like before finding this place, white-knuckling a taper alone, being told it's "just discontinuation," wondering if anyone else felt this way. Right now, someone out there is in that exact spot, scrolling. Your chart is proof that slow, careful tapering is real and survivable. When you share it, you're not bragging. You're leaving a trail for the next person to follow. Every shared post is someone's first hint that a community like this exists. Tag it, post it, send it to the group chat. Someone needs to see it more than you know. One day at a time, BP
