New layout: Discussions, Introductions, and Check-ins now have their own feeds
August 30, 2026ยทยท
Hey everyone,
Small update to the New feed โ it's now split into three views you can switch between at the top:
๐ฌ Discussions โ general questions and posts for the community. If you have a question about your taper, a symptom, a medication, or anything you want input on, post it as a discussion. Question gets more eyes and won't get covered up by check-ins and intros scrolling past it. If you want answers, this is where to ask.
๐ Introductions โ new members saying hello. If you've just joined, this is the place to tell us about yourself and your journey; and a nice spot for the rest of us to welcome people in.
๐ Check-ins โ taper updates from members' journals. Please keep doing your check-ins! They matter, for two reasons:
1. They're your record. Your check-ins build a history of your taper โ doses, symptoms, mood โ that you and your prescriber can look back on.
2. They help everyone else. Seeing the normal ups and downs of other people's tapers is one of the most reassuring things on this site. Your ordinary Tuesday update might be exactly what someone in a rough patch needs to see.
Nothing has moved or been deleted; same posts, just sorted so each kind of post gets the attention it deserves.
See you in the feeds ๐
