I'm so sorry....yes, insomnia is a tough one to deal with for sure.
If you go to the Symptoms and Self-Care section and the I Need Support section of the forum and click on the Guides tab at the top you'll find lots of helpful articles and tips about how to deal with insomnia.
Keep in mind that it's a temporary problem that resolves itself in time.
