Im confused

I strongly suspect these drugs eventually cause problems like that for most of us. They are not a long term solution. May, you can be stable in your mind even while having some symptoms. Ask yourself honestly, am I stable. Do you know what you're crying about? Is it self pity? I've been there and cried too. But it's better to start being thankful and begin counting your blessings rather than your woes. Every day. That'll end that. At some point it will take some suffering to get better and eventually taper off these drugs. Don't be afraid of it, you can handle it. Be patient and go slow when you're ready. And be ready for some symptoms! You'll be joining the club - trust me, we are the majority here! I've had terrible terrible insomnia for months and am just now beating it even while tapering. Don't be afraid, face the symptoms, let them have they're way with you physically for awhile - but don't let them beat your spirit. God wants you to whoop em. Be strong!

Sorry things are rough for you. What dose were you at before this latest updose back to 37.5 and how long were you on it? It can take quite a long time to stabilize. Updosing doesn't always make things better. Sometimes it's best to just hold. It's best to updose in tiny amounts instead of doing large ones. I'll await your responses. Hang in there!

Everybody on here tells me I have to be stable first before I start tapering again and that’s what I’m waiting for! To get stable so I can go so slow!!

I was on 25mg Paxil cr for 3 months before upping my dose. I upped my dose 5mg for 4 weeks before going the full 37.5mg. I’m so lost I feel nobody story fits mine. Everybody gets stable then start tapering I’m not getting stable???
