I would like to introduce mysef

Hello everyone, I am Chris🙋♂️
I'm really happy to have finally found a community where I can exchange information and experiences about Duloxetine (Cymbalta).
I was prescribed Duloxetine 17 years ago when I was 25 years old. For the past 7 years, I've been trying to taper off the medication because I've come to feel that, in the long term, it has been harming my body, and I truly want to live without medication again.
Looking back, I now understand that my nervous system was out of balance at the time. If I had known then how to regulate my nervous system naturally, I might have been able to manage without medication.
I'd like to share my experiences with Duloxetine and connect with others who have successfully discontinued it completely. I'm also curious to hear how you're doing today and what life has been like since coming off the medication.

60 mg – 2023: Second tapering attempt.
With a doctor's supervision—but unfortunately, a doctor who doesn't know how to properly taper off an antidepressant.
