I cried at a funeral-almost forgot how a hard cry felt

It's been harder for me to cry these days than it was years ago. But yesterday I reduced my dose by 12.5 mg. Went to a funeral for a lady I used to know, and I cried a lot more than I thought I would. My chest felt odd at first, and then I remembered oh yeah that's how it's supposed to feel after a lot of crying.
Slight bit of anxiety last night but it passed.

I'm sorry for the loss of your friend. 💔 You reduced your dose, so I'm sure that played a part. Plus, these drugs numb emotions, so reducing is going to enable you to truly feel raw emotions again.
I'm glad your anxiety improved last night though, that's good news.
Venlafaxine (tapering) - Current dose 17.92 mg
Trazodone - 50 mg
Levothyroxine - 25 mcg
