I took 450mg Seroquel for 20 years. I was coerced into it because I was in a legal situation where I was obliged to comply with the psychiatrist. When I got out of that situation I started the ketogenic diet and I am currently titrating off with help from a (new!) supportive physician and keto coach.

Seroquel — took 450 mg for 20 years, currently down to 275, titrating using KMT

Venlafaxine (tapering) - Current dose 17.92 mg
Trazodone - 50 mg
Levothyroxine - 25 mcg

Congrats. I was on 600 MG at one point. I tapered down completely and have been off for 6 months. Life is a million times better off the shit. Best of luck to you! You can do this :)

Did you have rebound depression or anxiety when tapering ? do you take any other meds any tips for advice for coming off? This is inspiring to hear that you’ve come off . I’m on 300 mg xr failed my last taper .
