"now I am on 30 mg every other day" — @VonnieHi Vonnie, welcome! I don't know why doctors tell people to skip days, but please don't do this. Your brain needs as much stability as possible during tapering. Otherwise, it's a bit like playing ping pong with the brain. I'm glad Duloxi has already taken you under his wing. He's our Cymbalta pro! https://taper.community/resources/blog/every-other-day-dosing-tapering-risks https://taper.community/resources/blog/cymbalta-tapering-guide Catina 💕

"I am not understanding how I reply to each of you !" — @VonnieIf you'd like to reply to something specific that another member says, you can highlight the portion you want and then click the button that says "quote and reply." It will then put that portion into a new reply window where you can respond. The member will then get notified that you responded to them. This post is an example of how that looks. I hope that makes sense and helps a bit!
