Hi @Vixen_Lex The generic name for Effexor is Venlafaxine. I fear you might have gone down too fast from the 37.5 mg mark. As the first 37.5 mg has about twice the effect as the following doses.
What you might try is to go up a few mg to see if that helps. Hold that for a number of weeks and do read how others have been holding after tapering down slowly.
I've taken 1 month to just go down 5 mg from 75.
