I am super excited to be on this journey with you all to try see what our lives are like without (or just with less) sertraline ... for me it played a necessary role in providing chemical stability and helping me function for a while, but now it feels like it's time to try something different... trying to approach this process with humility and kindness to see where it takes me...maybe off forever, maybe not...
