Aww I'm sorry you're having a tough time. Venlafaxine affects blood vessels, so that's why I think it causes headaches. I had severe headaches for a long time when I missed a dose. Some people find that ice or heat helps. For me, a heating pad works great. You can see what works best for you.

Just take your time and wait until you're fully stable and then you can begin to taper again. 😊
