I’ve been protracted for eight years but most recently four years ago when I tried to switch from Lexapro to Zoloft my Nurse Practioner switched me from 40 mg of Lexapro to 150 mg of Zoloft, which threw me into a complete protracted withdrawal nightmare. Now down to 31 mg using a compounded pharmacy in capsule form. I’d like to try Titrate down to try to get off within the next 10 months if possible and I need a prescriber that can do this.

Hi @Trish, welcome!
Have you checked the Find a Clinician feature on the left sidebar to search for a deprescribing provider near you?
I'm sorry about your protracted withdrawal situation. Medical professionals are pretty clueless when it comes to these drugs unfortunately. I understand you wanting to taper off the Zoloft, just make sure you measure your taper by how you're feeling rather than adhering to a strict timeline.
Let us know if there is anything else we can help with, and we'll try our best!
