Looking for others on the same taper journey. Currently tapering both lithium and cymbalta and it is absolute hell.

Hey Travis, I'm tapering Cymbalta as well. I am planning to be off in January, but this is the hardest part. I'm really happy to see you here, and thanks for joining us.

Thank you! Currently down half of lithium to 600mg and down 10mg of Cymbalta to 50mg. Did three tapers in a three weeks, 20 mg of Cymbalta and 150mg of lithium. It did not go well at all.

Hi @Travis, welcome to Taper Community. Glad you're here, although I'm sorry you're having a hard time. When you get a chance, add your drug history to create a Signature for yourself. It will then appear at the bottom of your posts. You can do it here: https://taper.community/settings Normally when dealing with multiple drugs, it's best to taper only one at a time. Trazodone - 50 mg
Levothyroxine - 25 mcg
