Hi @Tracy, welcome! I'm so glad you had the wherewithal to taper slower than what your doctor advised. You're right, the medical community as a whole is not much help when it comes to safely tapering off these drugs.
Since you're getting closer to the end, you may need to slow your taper down by reducing by less and/or holding for longer periods of time in between reductions. The greatest changes in serotonin receptors happen at these very low doses.
