Was given Mirtazapine 30mg for Depression in July 2025. In November 2025 was increased to 45mg. By early February 2026 was much better and started tapering slowly. Started developing right ear problems. Saw an ENT and audiologist, both said the ear was pretty normal. In June made a further drop and next day, all these noises started on the right head/ear. Hissing, like air going from a flat tyre. Plus a drone like static as well. Trying to manage, but it has been over 3 months. Holding currently at 30mg. Any support or ideas would be appreciated.

Hi @Thevoz, welcome to the community! There’s definitely a good chance those ear noises stem from the drop.
