Hi, I've been on effexor 375 mg and Trazadone 50 mg for 25 years. I'm currently at 150 mg effexor. I have been Tapering slowly for 3 years. I needed this medication when I started going through pre menopause and menopause. I am currently holding at 150 mg effexor and I'm ready to decrease slowly again.
