Hi, I'm Tealrobin

Hi all, im currently tapering off Vortioxetine (trintellix) but finding it really hard, having severe withdrawal symptoms. Finding little help from my GP on what to do and am looking for peer advice which might help. I tapered off 40mg of citalopram to 20mg over 1 week at the start of June and then stopped completely and started taking Vortioxetine 5mg. I went up to 10mg at the end of July, got horrendous side effects so asked to drop down again. So dropped straight back to 5mg, and then to 3.75mg but still having horrible symptoms.
