I'm here for my severe mentally handicapped son of 19. He cannot speak. I hope to get and give advise on tapering quetiapine and lorazepam here, as well as look around for what one says about qother medication when the doctor of my son comes up with new types meant for chemical fixation.
Seroquel — 75 mg — 3 years — actively tapering | Ativan — 4 mg — 3 years — holding | without clinician

Your son is fortunate to have such a caring and concerned parent. We can certainly help you with how to taper off the Seroquel and Lorazepam. When dealing with multiple drugs, it's best to taper just one at a time. You can learn about Hyperbolic tapering here: https://taper.community/education
