Hello @Ssaxe, and welcome!
It's commendable that you're concerned for the health of your future child since as you know there can be complications. You're doing the right thing by being here, and we're happy to have you.
When dealing with multiple drugs, it's best to taper only one at a time. Please have a look at the Learn section to read about Hyperbolic tapering and withdrawal. Do you have any specific questions you'd like the answer to? We'll be happy to help.
Is your doctor supportive of your desire to taper slowly? Many doctors are not knowledgable about safe deprescribing.
We look forward to supporting you in your tapering and healing journey so you can start your family!
