Hi every sweet person of the tapering community, I am Somnus. I am on 2.5 mg of Olanzapine (Zeprexa) for the last 5 year for depression and anxiety. It has effectively managed my symptoms but I am considering to taper it due to extreme day time fatigue and zombie effect.
Any suggestion would be cordially welcomed from the community.

I tapered off Zyprexa almost 20 years ago, after being on it for ~3 years. Back then I just cut it into quarters and went down 25% each time. It was relatively easy as I was a) young, and b) in a really good place overall. However, I would encourage you to consider a slower more planned taper. Here are two places you can get started:
