Hey Sim, thanks for joining us and welcome! What is one tip you would share with the community other than “go slow”. And please check out the taper tracking/sharing function! Here to help you however you may need.

Hello Sim, great having you in this community! I feel you with those many attempts to taper, at some point you can only go slow to not risk setbacks. Wishing you lots of success and stay strong 💪

off Stimulants (2000-2013)
off Fluoxetine (2010-2013)
off Lamotrigine (2013-2016)
off Quetiapain (2016-2020)

currently Effexor — 33mg — 13 years (from 300mg) — actively tapering | with clinician

Hi @Simplify, and welcome to Taper Community! Many people find that once they begin tapering super slow and hyperbolically, then they can successfully get off their drug. I know it will happen for you too! Looking forward to supporting you on your healing journey..... Catina ❤️

Venlafaxine (tapering) - Current dose 17.92 mg
Trazodone - 50 mg
Levothyroxine - 25 mcg

Welcome 🤗 15 years of being on a drug is a long time. This being your fourth attempt shows your perseverance in your pursuit to get off the drug. In Spanish, they say poco a poco (little by little). You’ve got this! Let us know how we can support you.
