I’ve been taking 25 mg quetiapine for sleep for the past few years and want to quit.

Worth setting up a plan under Taper Plan and logging check ins as you go, it helps to see the pattern when things get weird. I am wondering how to do the taper with these little tiny pills. I mean it’s very difficult to cut them. There’s no real way to figure out how to cut 25% or 10% or whatever.
