I’ve been taking 25 mg quetiapine for sleep for the past few years and want to quit.

Hey ShoeHo, glad you found us. 25 mg is on the low end but it still does a lot more than people think, and coming off it can surprise you. What kind of timeline were you thinking? Worth setting up a plan under Taper Plan and logging check ins as you go, it helps to see the pattern when things get weird. And stick around, your experience with this will be useful to someone else starting out.

I am wondering how to do the taper with these little tiny pills. I mean it’s very difficult to cut them. There’s no real way to figure out how to cut 25% or 10% or whatever.
