Tapering: Luvox

I am from India currently injured by ssri fluvoxamine and benzo clonazepam and diazepam and i already finished taper of benzo clonazepam previous year 2025 using Ashton manual now facing issues in tapering ssri where my system is currently more de stabilized after so much changes last one month like switching from sustained to immediate release and back to sustained release and then reducing the dosage like that

Hi @senthilnathan subramanian, glad to have you here. ❤️ Congrats for getting off the benzo. As far as the SSRI...yes, too many changes with anything can cause destabilization. If you can find a method that works and stick with that, then things should settle down over time. We're here to help you with whatever issues you're having! Catina 🩷

Venlafaxine (tapering) - Current dose 17.92 mg
Trazodone - 50 mg
Levothyroxine - 25 mcg
