Hi @Sarah Cunningham, and welcome! I can empathize with struggling with getting to lower doses. Coincidentally enough, when I reached 12 mg of my Effexor taper that's when I had a horrific crash. But I updosed by too large an amount after that. I'm glad you only went up a small amount; sometimes that's all we need.
