Thanks all. Got down on 2.5 and got an psychotic episode. Managed to stop it with 3 days of 15mg. Now yesterday i started 7.5. im stable, working etc. But i dont think im ok yet.

after 2 weeks on 5mg, I dropped to 4mg yesterday. This was mainly due to fears of my ICD (Impulse control disorder) coming back. I will hold this for 3 weeks and then decide what to do next. I will probably stay on the safe side of 3mg for a longer time. My life situation is now much more stable. Which was the trigger for the psychosis last time, not the dose I believe. Lower dose just offered too little protection from my circumstances.

I am actually free from it for 1 and 1/2 years. But when i updosed the last time (not this recent updose) to 15 mg for three weeks, then despire dropping rather quickly to 4mg, it came back. So i am now more wary of it

Seems that ingesting caffeine is too dangerous with these low doses, so I will quit for sure. Coffee I havent drank for about 1.5 weeks anyway i think. Only green tea. but that spikes dopamine for the whole day too. one cup doesnt seem to have much effect though. I think? But Ill quit everything to make sure.
