Hello, I am starting to taper off Ambien after using it for sleep over the last 2 years. It really is a hit or miss for me in that some nights it works for several hours and other nights it doesn't seem to be effective at all. I am also taking mitrazapine for anxiety and help with sleep. I am looking for support as I go through this journey and hoping that I can offer support to others.

Venlafaxine (tapering) - Current dose 16.64 mg
Trazodone - 50 mg
Synthroid - 25 mcg
