Currently mid way through a Pristiq taper and Seroquel taper, although both are slightly increased again lately and doing a 90 day hold.

Pristiq — 30mg — 17 Years — holding | Seroquel — 400mg — 17 Years — holding | Valium — 2mg once or twice a week — 10 years — supporting others | other — Modafinil 200mg — 3 Months — supporting others | with clinician

Venlafaxine (tapering) - Current dose 17.92 mg
Trazodone - 50 mg
Levothyroxine - 25 mcg

@Catina @Based Psychiatrist Thanks, I agree tapering two at once is extremely difficult, as it's hard to know what is causing certain symptoms. I've decided to hold Seroquel at 400mg for awhile, and focus on the Pristiq. Going back up slightly on both and giving myself 90 days to stabilise so we can reassess things more clearly in future.
