Have tried tapering LUVOX numerous times but 50% tapers. Have been a stable reduced half dose for 3 years. Am looking to come off properly.

Hi @Rob V, and welcome! Glad to have you here. People usually find it difficult to taper with large reductions. You can use the Learn section to educate yourself on Hyperbolic tapering and why it's best to taper no more than 10% each month from the previous month's dose. The reductions will get smaller and smaller the closer you get to zero. Venlafaxine (tapering) - Current dose 17.92 mg
Trazodone - 50 mg
Levothyroxine - 25 mcg
