Hi, I’m Ron. I’ve been on FXO for years now and I’m weaning off. I thought I was doing it very slowly. Maybe I’m not doing it slow enough. I would like some assistance in leaning off proper.

HI Ron, and welcome! I'm tapering Effexor too. How have you been reducing your dose so far? Are you reducing by no more than 10% every month Hyperbolically? Sometimes this process can be painstakingly slow! I'm only able to reduce by one tiny bead per month now. Perhaps you need to reduce by a lesser amount or hold longer between reductions. When you've been on these drugs long-term your brain may need extra time to adjust.
