Seroquel — 37.5 — 3 months — actively tapering | Pristiq — 100 — 4 months — planning taper | other — 8 — 5 months — holding | with clinician

I'm sorry to hear you've been struggling with anxiety and depression for a long time. It looks like you're currently tapering Seroquel. How is that going so far? When dealing with multiple drugs it's best to taper only one at a time. Also, in your Signature what is the name of the third drug you're on? It just says "other."
