Currently on Clonazepam and need to get off. need help finding a describer and a good plan with the correct math for hyperbolic taper. Math part has me worried.

Venlafaxine (tapering) - Current dose 17.92 mg
Trazodone - 50 mg
Levothyroxine - 25 mcg
