I have been taking medication for last 6 years. Currently I'm tapering clonzapam from 0.25 mg to 0mg. I successfully tapered 0.25mg with help from peroxetine. Currently my peroxetine dosage is 37.5 mg.

Paxil — 37.5 — 3 months — holding | Klonopin — 0.25 — 5 years — actively tapering | | with clinician

Venlafaxine (tapering) - Current dose 17.92 mg
Trazodone - 50 mg
Levothyroxine - 25 mcg
