Hi @Phyll DeBaun, welcome! I'm on Effexor too and have been tapering for quite some time. We have many members tapering it. Have you ever tried tapering it before? Since you've been on it for so many decades, you'll definitely want to take things slowly and cautiously, especially the lower you get in your dose. Will you be counting beads?
