Hi Penny, welcome to the TC! Yeah, I get it. I was continuously nauseated for months. Mostly from bad anxiety before starting meds which only made it worse. You might try peppermint oil. It helped with my nausea and severe constipation while I was super panicy anxious. If you do, start out slow - 1 drop in 8ozs water the 1st day. Then try increasing if no issues. It's supposed to relax your stomach lining etc. Btw, that's an aggressive taper. The TC suggests a slow 10% hyperbolic drop per month. I'd look into the liquid for finer cuts if I were you 🙏
